All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and all prices on the website are inclusive of duties and taxes. Prices includes the ordered tour/transport + any added activities. An exception to this are any port dues. Reservation fee is 15% of total amount and is non-refundable. Sailing in the Danish waters is exempt from VAT.

Business Customers: An invoice will be sent as a PDF-file to the requester via email.

Private Customers: Deposit must be paid immediately upon booking. Remainder of the amount is charge on the sailing day. With online payments, we deduct a deposit of 1500 DKK for each activity and/or boat (that could be one of our offered tours as well as any 3rd party activities) when your order is approved. The balance will be deducted from the debit card in connection with the voyage. Paid deposit will be returned upon timely cancellation. 

With online payment we accept the following cards and services:

  • Dankort
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • MobilePay

We also accept payment via MobilePay on 94420. Here we do not have the opportunity to deduct a deposit and so the full amount is deducted upon approval.

Companies can pay via invoice where the amount is to be transferred over to our bank (see bank details above) within a valid payment period that will appear on the individual invoice.

Sailings are based upon terms agreed via email. This includes departure time, departure point, arrival point and duration. If there is something that is not consistent with the ordered, you are requested to contact RibAlex.dk immediately so that we can remedy any errors regarding your order.

On the day of your event applies: Agreed time is the time of departure. Your meeting time is minimum 15 minutes prior the departure time on the location agreed upon within the booking. Late arrival, and if possible/necessary, the sailing time can be shifted equivalent to the delay on payment of latency. The applicable rate for waiting time can be found within the price section per started half-hour rate.

The Danish e-commerce law grants 14 days for cancellations regarding trade via the internet. However, this does not apply to transport, cf. Section 9 (1) of the Consumer Agreement Act. 2 and section 17 (2). It is therefore recommended that the reservist contacts RibAlex.dk as soon as possible by e-mail, should it be necessary to change or cancel a booked trip.

Deposit is returned upon timely cancellation. The cancellation or downgrading of time / scope must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the day of the event. For bookings with more than 2 boats (larger events) the cancellation period increases to 4 weeks prior the day of the event.

Cancellation / downgrade must be done in writing / via mail. Refund of booking fee, credit card fee etc. is not possible. Reservation fee constitutes 15% of total amount.

Late cancellation / downgrade cannot be done and the reservation is billed at full price. Quantity discounts obtained on the basis of an ordered amount of sailing can be cancelled at any downward adjustment.

If individual vessels are removed during large-scale events, reimbursement is given in accordance with that of large-event percentage downward adjustment and only in relation to the price of the individual vessel. If a large-scale event is carried out despite the drop-out, without significant inconvenience to the requester, reimbursement will be per capita. For RibAlex.dk any disclosure of costs to third parties in connection with the settlement of events (eg rent of land / water area, deposit, external equipment, crew, vessels, ect.) applies to our reservation fee and third party trading conditions.

Tickets and vouchers are non-refundable after reservation.

In circumstances where ordered sailing is impossible due to technical breakdown, accident or inclement weather and must therefore be cancelled in whole or in part on our part, RibAlex.dk cannot be held liable for the applicant’s possible financial losses.

We take our service provision very seriously. If, beyond expectation, a problem should arise during a tour on one of our vessels or in connection with other services purchased through RibAlex.dk, you must immediately notify us or one of our partners. We or our partners will make immediate efforts to resolve the issue.

On board our vessels, you should always contact the captain if anything in connection with your sailing with RibAlex.dk does not meet your expectations. Our staff will do what they can to find a solution on board and compensate for experiences that did not live up to your expectations. That way we have an opportunity to deal with the problem immediately and, as much as possible, to find a solution for you.

In the event that a problem cannot be resolved on board and you have a complaint against us, you are welcome to contact our customer service by telephone or in writing. Please contact us within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect and within 2 months from the date the service should have been completed. Otherwise, you will lose the right to complain about the deficiency.

When you submit a complaint, you must write your booking number and the date and time of the trip in question. At the same time, enter your telephone number as well as the days and time-frames that we can call you so that we have the best opportunity to investigate the matter in depth and give you the quickest answer to your inquiry.

Agreed time is the time of departure. Meeting time is minimum 15 minutes prior to departure time at the agreed departure point. In case of delayed attendance and if possible and or necessary, the sailing time can be shifted equivalent to the delay against payment of the waiting time. The charge for waiting time: 900 DKK per started half an hour.

Privacy Policy

RibAlex.dk understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. RibAlex.dk will not disclose information about customers / users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. RibAlex.dk will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your permission.

This Privacy Policy further covers what we collect and how we use, publish, transmit and store your information at RibAlex.dk.

Your personal data will help us create your account and to support your user experience throughout this website, as well as provide us with data to ensure that we can provide a fantastic experience at sea. As well as track transfers in our webshop to accounting, pin point errors and complete orders.

We collect the following data about you when you browse or book at RibAlex.dk:

  • Your Country
  • Your Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

Due to accounting purpose we will clear our database with your information every January.

If you wish to know what data we store about you, please get in touch with us stating your email address as well as your booking number and we will provide you with your data.

If you wish to have your data deleted from our system, feel free to contact us with your email address and your booking number and we will clear all your data from our server once we confirmed your identity.
