small FORMER boatyard
The former small boat yard, with its own slipway and gravel-covered outdoor area, is located on Refshale Island next to the old industrial harbor. With us you only rent the room, therefore you need to bring with you everything you want for your event. However, you can freely use our tables, chairs and benches if desired.
Should you like to take your event to the next level, we can offer you to bring your guests out on the sea or arrange a voyage with our ship M/S Simone L.
Rent a venue for your party in Copenhagen
Our prices
Sun – Fri kr. 6000,- + mandatory cleaning fee kr. 1500,-
Saturday kr. 7000,- + mandatory cleaning fee kr. 1500,-
It is possible to rent:
Soundbox kr. 450,-
Fire pit incl. firewood kr. 450,-
When booking, the rent is paid respectively. kr. 7500,- or kr. 8500,- depending on the date of booking
When paying the rent, an 8-week cancellation deadline is accepted. The rental amount is paid on the last banking day before the reserved day. The deposit is refunded on the first banking day after the rental. Deductions can be made from the deposit for damages or lack of cleaning.
